Life is a weird and wild adventure. The past few years the three of us were on this insane ride that led up to writing "One Of Us.”  The song is a reminder that even through changes, or whatever else you're going through, you shouldn’t take all the amazing experiences life has to offer for granted. We wanted the video “One Of Us" to be just erratic and striking as our experiences were along the way. To do this, we included an homage to some of our favorite hip-hop videos from artists like Kanye, Kendrick Lamar & the Beastie Boys. Enjoy!

Lost In Translation represents a new phase in our lives. After years of constant touring, it was important to us that we reinvent ourselves, and wanted to write honest songs about the real things happening in our lives. We spent a lot of quality time together in-between albums as friends, watching movies, hanging out, and talking about our future plans. That brotherly love and bonding initiated the first batch of songs that has helped us shape the album. A lot of the songs are about personal experiences and the things every human goes through and it was nice to let go of the rules we had laid out for ourselves. It's a new era for all of us, and we're proud of how it's turned out. Lost In Translation means that we're all searching for something, whether it's a voice, meaning, a place where we belong; we all face our own challenges. This is about shaping your reality and trying to make sense of the journey along the way.

Rambunctious Danish indie rockers New Politics formed in the late 2000s around the talents of vocalist David Boyd, guitarist/vocalist/keyboard player Søren H, and drummer Poul Amaliel. The band’s high-energy, guitar-driven blend of punk, pop, and electronically induced dance-rock (Boyd specializes in wildly unpredictable stage posturing) eventually caught the ears (and eyes) of RCA, who signed the group in 2009. Fearing American anonymity, the band relocated to New York City, or more specifically the indie rock center of the universe, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with plans to release its debut full-length in 2010. ~ James Christopher Monger

New Politics is a Danish rock band from Copenhagen, formed in 2009. It currently consists of David Boyd, Søren Hansen, and Louis Vecchio. The band's sound has been described as a blend of "punk, pop, and electronically induced dance rock". They have released five albums: New Politics in 2010, A Bad Girl in Harlem in 2013, Vikings in 2015, Lost in Translation in 2017 and An Invitation to an Alternate Reality in 2019 and are best known for their singles "Yeah Yeah Yeah" and "Harlem".
